UMH Mentoring Program
WHAT IS IT?
Mentoring is a professional and personal development relationship in which a more experienced person (mentor) helps someone with less knowledge (UMH student or graduate) to establish a professional path focused on specific personal and professional goals.
It is based on a personal relationship . A mentor adds more options and perspectives so that the UMH student or graduate can make an informed choice.
Aimed at the entire UMH community (students, graduates and UMH entrepreneurial community) and focused on making better use of the full potential of our community and facilitating access to networks and other professional resources, giving a different focus to your professional career or as an entrepreneur.
Do you have a professional role model? Who would you like to learn from? Professional or entrepreneur… The Mentoring Program has no limits!
WHO CAN BE A MENTOR?
