From the Occupational Observatory, we encourage you to start working on improving your employability from day one. To help you do this, we offer a wide variety of programs and activities to enhance your professional skills, your resume (both in format and content), your networking abilities, your entrepreneurial spirit, and ultimately, to provide you with more and better tools to achieve your career goals. Some of the programs we offer include:

• Internships in companies and institutions : to put what you’ve learned in the classroom into practice, improve your professional skills and abilities, discover your passions, enhance your resume, expand your network, and more. Before applying for any of our internship opportunities , you must update your resume in the Occupational Observatory. Once you complete your internship, you can earn credits and even complete an internship abroad .
• Training and activities : to create a good resume and cover letter, improve your skills when contacting companies, get the most out of LinkedIn, or make yourself known to the companies that interest you most.
• Events like EmpleoWeekend or EmprendeWeekend , to improve your skills when facing a selection process, or to develop skills related to entrepreneurship.
• Mentoring Program , in which a professional or entrepreneur with extensive experience accompanies you to help you make decisions about your professional future or as an entrepreneur.
• University Entrepreneurship Program (PEU) , in which you can develop a business idea or increase your knowledge and skills when undertaking a business project.
