Publication of offers

COMPANIES/ENTITIES WITH COLLABORATION AGREEMENTS:

You can process applications from both student interns and graduates (if your offer is for work).

COMPANIES/ENTITIES THAT HAVE NOT YET SIGNED A COLLABORATION AGREEMENT:

  1. For UMH students to participate in internships, a collaboration agreement  between the company and the university is the only requirement. Once you have submitted your application for the agreement , we will send it to you for your signature. You can consult the contents of the internship annex and the collaboration agreement with UMH.
  2. The specific conditions of each internship will be detailed in an addendum  (one for each student and internship) to this agreement. Students are responsible for creating their own addendum from the “Students” section: “Formalize Internships”.
  3. Students can complete a maximum of 900 hours  per academic year (between October 1 and September 30).
  4. It also includes accident insurance , the cost of which is covered by the company. The amount, corresponding to the internship insurance and administrative expenses, is €30.05 per student per month of internship, and must be paid into the account number indicated in each student’s internship documentation (annex).
  5. Once you have submitted your application to publish an internship offer , the Occupational Observatory will review and publish it. We will then inform you of the interested candidates via the email address you provided, so you can begin the selection process.
  6. Once you have selected the student, you must inform us by email to continue with the procedure and process the documentation, which we will need signed by the student and the company at least 15 days before the start of the internship.
  7. Since these internships are voluntary, in order to obtain a good number of applications, we recommend that you provide remuneration that serves as a motivating factor and allows you to cover travel expenses, meals, etc.

To publish a job offer aimed at UMH graduates, it is not necessary to sign a collaboration agreement beforehand.
