Do you want to know what employers look for in a selection process? Would you like to participate in one? Have you already participated in several and never been selected? Do you want to showcase your talent to top companies? The Occupational Observatory organizes the annual  EmpleoWeekend UMH ,  a training event where students and graduates can  learn  what companies are looking for and how to improve their applications.

The event takes place over two mornings, and thanks to the collaboration of HR professionals from the area’s top companies, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their potential and learn from leading mentors. It allows participants to take part in simulated/real selection processes and network with HR managers from participating companies. At the end of each morning, an elevator pitch session is held where the top candidates present a brief resume, the mentors vote for the best candidate of the Employment Weekend, and several prizes are awarded.
