This workshop offers a practical roadmap, supported by AI tools, to design a new business or a new product or service category. You’ll transform simple ideas (in a given sector) into a concrete value proposition, with specific elements ready to be validated with real customers.

Ideal for entrepreneurs and business owners looking to grow their business, diversify into other ventures, or expand their portfolio. All you need to have in mind is a relevant sector or industry.

During the workshop you will receive personalized and guided mentoring through:

• 11 strategic prompts, provided by the teacher.
• 6 key decisions, made by you, that will allow you to adapt the business design to your vision and context.

At the end, you will receive a strategic kit that includes:

• Identifying a promising business niche.
• Initial naming.
• One or two key buyer personas.
• Brand positioning.
• Differentiating attributes ready to be tested in the market.
