Training grants in quality control testing of products subject to foreign trade (SOIVRE laboratories)

We are pleased to announce the new call for applications for the 2026 SOIVRE Grants for practical training in quality control testing of products subject to foreign trade. The call offers 17 grants  distributed across the SOIVRE Laboratory network, including  2 positions in Alicante .

This is an excellent opportunity for recent university graduates to gain practical experience in laboratories specializing in quality control of products destined for international trade, thus facilitating their entry into the job market. The scholarships have a maximum duration of two years , offer a  gross annual stipend of €20,520 (€1,710 gross per month, including social security contributions), and are aimed at graduates who have completed their studies within the last five years in STEM fields (Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Environmental Sciences, Food Science and Technology, and various branches of Engineering, among others).

The  application period will remain open until July 30, 2026 (20 business days from the publication of the call for applications in the Official State Gazette). Applications must be submitted entirely electronically through this online procedure .

The following will be especially valued in the selection process:

  •  Academic record  (up to 40 points).
  •  Professional experience, internships or scholarships  related to laboratory work (up to 50 points).
  •  Additional training  (master’s degrees, doctorate, second degree or specialized courses) (up to 20 points).
  •  Technical and practical knowledge  related to testing techniques and laboratory management (up to 10 points).
  •  Languages  ​​(English up to 15 points and other official EU languages ​​up to 10 points).
  •  Computer skills  (up to 5 points).
