In this training activity, you will actively, dynamically, and experientially develop the key skills and competencies that have proven most relevant for developing and launching a business project: innovation, creativity, self-management, leadership, communication, teamwork, and more. Furthermore, training with horses is a unique and unforgettable experience: it stirs emotions, enhances learning, instills energy and enthusiasm, develops creativity, sparks curiosity, reveals new abilities, and drives change.

When will it be? Saturday  the  26th  (from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.)  and Sunday the 27th of September  (from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.).

How will the training take place?  Through hands-on activities with horses, communication and body language exercises, role-playing, and individual and team experiential exercises. Essentially, it involves stepping outside your comfort zone and managing uncertainty.

Where?  The activity will take place in  Villa Manuela  ( Mutxamel) . Participants will be responsible for their own transportation (although we can help you arrange carpooling).

What’s included?  All the necessary materials, as well as coffee and lunch breaks.

How do I sign up?  By completing the  registration form before next Tuesday, September 22nd at 12:00 PM. Places are limited, so if there are more interested people than available places, selection will be based on the order of registration and prior participation in activities of the Occupational Observatory related to entrepreneurship and employability.
