Do you consider yourself an original, innovative, and entrepreneurial person? If so, what are you waiting for to enter the INNOVA-EMPRENDE competition? This competition is aimed at the UMH university community and rewards innovative business ideas. You surely have more than one business idea that you could implement, or that could solve a social, local, or general problem.

Ideas can be submitted individually or in groups (maximum 4 participants) using this form , which should include a description of the idea and personal information. The submission deadline is September 30 , 2026, at 2:00 PM.

Once you have submitted your idea through the form, if it is selected as a finalist, you will need to prepare an explanatory video of no more than 2 minutes in length. This video will be viewed by the jury responsible for evaluating and awarding the best ideas. Therefore, we will be organizing an idea presentation workshop to practice various communication techniques and skills. This workshop is optional, but highly beneficial for improving your project presentation and increasing your chances of success. It will be held online (via Google Meet) on October 6th (afternoon) and October 7th (morning).

Remember: bring your idea to life and submit it to the 24th Innova Emprende Competition in any of the following categories : Agri-food, Aula Emprende (professors promoting entrepreneurship), Applied Science and Technology, General, Environment, Best innovative idea adapted to our environment, New Technologies, Promu-EBT (UMH research groups), and Health.
