Whether you have a business idea or not, we invite you to this new edition of EmprendeWeekend UMH , an in-person event taking place on Friday , March 27, from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. , in room 0.1 of the Arenals building (Elche campus). There, you can  develop a business idea  (your own or someone else’s) as part of a team, with the help of other participants. You’ll have the opportunity to  learn about other experiences, share ideas, network  with people from diverse backgrounds, and, in the final phase,  win several prizes . After a round of presentations, the most voted ideas will form teams to develop a business model, with the support of several mentors and entrepreneurs who are experts in project development, communication, marketing, and more. The program is as follows:

  • 9:30 a.m. Accreditation and reception of participants.
  • 10:00 a.m. Presentation of the XIV EmprendeWeekend UMH.
  • 10:15 a.m. Introduction to the  Business Model Canvas  and other tools.
  • 10:45 a.m. Presentation of ideas by their promoters (2 minutes).
  • 11:15 a.m. Coffee break
  • 11:30 a.m. Project selection and team creation.
  • 12.00h. Teamwork on projects.
  • 12:30 PM. Teamwork on projects. Round of conversations with mentors.
  • 2:00 PM. Lunch – networking
  • 3:00 PM. Teamwork on projects.
  • 6:00 PM. Presentation and defense of the projects before the jury (5 min./team).
  • 7:30 p.m. Awards ceremony and closing remarks.

 Anyone interested in the world of entrepreneurship can participate , with or without a business idea, with a desire to innovate, or simply to have a good time working side by side with other entrepreneurial people.

You can register before Friday, March 20th at 2:00 PM , using the  registration form . You must also register in the  “Courses and Workshops” section of the Occupational Observatory website.
