Carrying out internships requires the prior signing of a specific educational cooperation agreement for this activity (Art. 7, RD 592/2014). The Occupational Observatory Service is the department within the UMH responsible for supervising and monitoring the execution of these agreements. Generally, the signed agreements cover internships for all UMH degree programs and have a duration of 4 years (Art. 49, Law 40/2015).

To sign an agreement, the interested party must provide the necessary processing data via the F49 – Agreement Request Form. Once the request has been reviewed, the Occupational Observatory will send the agreement proposal to the organization for signing by its legal representative.

Once the agreement is signed, an annex must be generated for each internship, containing the detailed training program for each student. The specific conditions for each internship will appear in the “annex” document:
