PROCESSING ACTIVITY LOG: PRACTICE MANAGEMENT

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

• Purpose: Management of internships by the Miguel Hernández University.
• Legal basis: the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest (Article 6.1.e) of the GDPR.

SOURCE OF THE DATA: the interested party.

BUSES:

• UMH Faculty
• UMH Student Body
• Partner companies

DATA CATEGORIES:

• Identifying information: ID/Tax ID or equivalent document, name, surname, address, telephone, email address, signature, image.
• Academic and professional data: academic record.

RECIPIENTS. Data is not communicated to third parties except to those organizations necessary for the achievement of the purpose of the processing or by legal mandate:

• To insurance companies for the management of insurance.
• To those organizations and entities that are so established by law.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS: not applicable

DATA RETENTION PERIODS

• The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data.
• In any case, the provisions of the general legislation on archives for public administrations will apply.

SECURITY MEASURES. The security measures implemented correspond to those provided for in Annex II of Royal Decree 311/2022, of May 3, which regulates the National Security Scheme.
