The Micro-credential in Team Leadership and Talent Management is a blended learning qualification that will allow you to enhance your leadership skills, create efficient teams, and increase the productivity of companies and organizations. The program is structured around 20 theoretical and practical seminars and workshops (to be held between November and May). What advantages can this qualification offer you?
- You will be trained in team management. Most likely, you will soon have a team under your supervision, and it’s important that you know the keys to leading it effectively.
- This is a very practical course, where real cases from participating companies are solved.
- The instructors are professionals (human resources directors, training directors, or managers) from various companies and organizations. Close interaction is fostered, and networking is encouraged.
- The course can be taken online or in a blended format, although we recommend that you attend the sessions.
- Your classmates are usually professionals, so networking between classmates and teachers is encouraged.
- Classes will be held on Friday afternoons (from 4 to 8 pm), complemented by online homework.
- We will invite you to events and hold a final day of human resources and talent management.
- The course is 200 hours long, with the possibility of doing voluntary internships in companies.
- If you are employed, your company can finance it through Fundae (formerly the Tripartite Foundation). If you are not currently employed, we can help you with financing.

As for the content, it is grouped into 5 modules:
- Leadership (40 hours): Self-management and people management. Creativity in leadership. Emotional intelligence in leadership: empathize, connect, persuade. Leading by example. Influence in team management: convince, inspire, attract. Management skills: strategy and organizational structure.
- Coaching (40 hours): Communication from a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) perspective. Personal, business/organizational, and team coaching. Initiative, change, and entrepreneurship. Workplace stress: strategies for managing it.
- Team Management (40 hours): Assertiveness and empathy in the professional world. Managing personal conflicts in the workplace. Burnout and mobbing: how to prevent them in your team. Strategies for organizing work teams.
- Project Presentation (40 hours): Keys to business success. Strategies for successful project presentations (building a personal brand). Networking: contact management. Development of communication skills in business: verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Productivity (40 hours): Motivation, performance, and productivity in the workplace. Productivity tools and efficient time management. Happiness as a key to productivity. Productive habits at work.
