XIII UMH Employment Weekend: Put your skills into practice in real interviews

From the UMH Occupational Observatory we invite you to  EmpleoWeekend  2026 , a training event that includes selection processes, interviews (group and individual), networking and mentoring  by several companies, and which will take place on  March  5 and 6, from 9:00 a.m.  to  2:00 p.m.
  • On Thursday,  March 5th  (online), the Occupational Observatory team will conduct various training activities to prepare you for the selection process you will participate in the following day. This will include group and individual interviews, networking activities, and  mentoring sessions . This session will be held via Google Meet.
  • On Friday,  March 6th  (in person), over 100 people are expected to participate, including members of the UMH university community and professionals from participating organizations. This session will take place in the Innova building on the Elche campus. To learn more about the participating organizations, follow us (@observatorioumh) on our Instagram, LinkedIn, and X profiles.

In previous editions, attendees have expressed feeling more confident for future selection processes, and many of the collaborating entities have selected students and graduates for internships and work.
