The Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences of Orihuela and the Occupational Observatory will be holding the  29th Job Fair for the Bachelor’s Degree in  Political Science and Public Administration.  At this event, you can hear from active professionals and UMH alumni about the professional realities of this degree . It will take place on Tuesday, February 10th, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM , in room 2.1A of the Casa del Paso building. In addition to representatives from the Faculty, the Occupational Observatory, and UMH Alumni, the following will participate: 

• José Javier Casanova Miralles . UMH Alumni. Senior Technician in Administration. Manager of IDIBE – UMH .
• Mª Jesús Poveda Rodríguez . UMH Alumni. Group A – Civil Service of the State (Ministry of Labor and Social Economy).
• Pablo Pareja Ferrer . UMH Alumni. FPU Grant Recipient (Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities). UMH PhD Candidate.
• Susi Boix Valebona . President of the Valencian Association of Political Science ( AVAPOL ).
• Ismael Navarro Moltó . Dean of the College of Political Science and Sociology of the Valencian Community .

On the other hand, if you complete supplementary training to the Employment Day (available in the section “ Courses and Days ”: “Days” of the  Occupational Observatory website ), you can validate the activity for  0.5 optional credits. 

The aim of this event is to facilitate contact with the professional world and to familiarize you with the professional landscape of your degree, the most in-demand profiles, the most valued skills and competencies, and the different selection processes. This will all be achieved through presentations from participating companies, organizations, and graduates. You will learn what other professionals in your field are doing, about the Occupational Observatory (the UMH service that helps you find your dream job), employment tips, and much more.
