The mission of the UMH Occupational Observatory is to enhance the employability of our students and alumni. Key programs and activities include managing internships; fostering university-business relations (through educational cooperation agreements, the job board, and employment fairs); producing labor market reports; developing professional competencies and skills; providing personalized guidance for internship and job searches; organizing employment-related training, courses, and events; managing business networks; and promoting an entrepreneurial spirit.
