<\/p>\n

External student internships at UMH. The Occupational Observatory is the UMH service responsible for processing agreements leading to the admission of external students to carry out internships in any organic unit (service, department, area, faculty, school or research institute, etc.) of the UMH.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The authorization of the presence of students from other educational centers at the UMH is the responsibility of the Vice-Rectorate for Students and Coordination, which will authorize the corresponding internships at the request of the person who will supervise the students in question, and\/or the authorization of the person responsible for the Unit.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Paid internships are not permitted. Social security contributions must be paid by the institution where the student is studying, and this must be stated in the agreement.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PROCEDURE: Application and processing.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1.- Application for placement or admission to internships:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. By email from the internship center, UMH tutor, or UMH instructor, to the address <\/span><\/span>observatorio11@umh.es<\/span><\/span><\/a> , showing the intention to host students, specifying the period and the originating entity.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. If you already have any document from the originating entity, it is advisable to provide it for evaluation.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. If you know the contact email address of the internship service of your home organization, it is advisable to provide it or copy it to that email.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Direct processing with the originating entity and non-intervention of the students is preferable.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. If the student’s home center does not have a current agreement with the UMH, the processing time may last 5-6 weeks.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2.- Processing: Having reviewed the application and the documentation provided:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    IF THERE IS AN AGREEMENT IN FORCE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

    IF THERE IS NO AGREEMENT IN FORCE<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    \n

    The internship agreement\/annex is being processed<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

    		\n

    The collaboration agreement must be processed<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    Documentation specific to the originating entity.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The format will contain or may contain the following aspects:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2022 Data of the entities and their representation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2022 Student data.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2022 Data from the tutoring in origin.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2022 Tutoring data at UMH.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2022 Practice details (tasks, practice center, period, schedules…).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7 Signatories: Entity, UMH (tutors, representative) and students.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    For the processing of the annexes, please note that:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7 They can never indicate start dates prior to the date of signing the agreement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7 A student should not be allowed entry without the properly formalized annex.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7 For their formal completion, they must be signed by the Vice-Rectorate for Students.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/td>\n

    		Document that formalizes the relationship between the entities and that contains the possibility of carrying out internships.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    It is processed by the Occupational Observatory.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    The document cannot be signed by the professor or the head of the UMH unit where the internship takes place. The Vice-Rector for Students and Coordination is the only person authorized to do so.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Formats:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Closed or institutional:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Typical of Vocational Training (FP) centers, which are determined by the relevant Regional Ministry and cannot be modified. They can also be found with public institutions or administrations (CSIC, for example).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Standardized:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> The one that uses the originating entity as a model. In general, they will undergo modifications, and the review, approval, and signing process may take longer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Bilateral or reciprocal:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> This is the one that universities,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Spanish or foreign companies must sign, as this allows our students to also complete internships at these organizations. It reduces the review and signing time.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Proceso espec\u00edfico para centros de FP:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    La solicitud de las pr\u00e1cticas, dirigida al Observatorio, se debe hacer por el centro con copia al instructor de la umh, o por el instructor de la umh.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Se tramitan 3 anexos:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Anexo I: Es el convenio. Para tramitarlo enviar a observatorio11@umh.es.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Anexo II: Es el documento que autoriza las pr\u00e1cticas (se firma por el Vicerrectorado competente a trav\u00e9s del Observatorio Ocupacional: observatorio11@umh.es).<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Anexo III: Es el documento que se tramita con el centro de pr\u00e1cticas de la UMH y se firma por \u00e9ste. No interviene el Observatorio ni el Vicerrectorado.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Estos anexos est\u00e1n estandarizados y los obtiene el centro educativo de la aplicaci\u00f3n SAO de Conselleria, o de la aplicaci\u00f3n correspondiente de su Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma.<\/span><\/td>\n

    		Particularidades de los convenios:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No se pueden firmar convenios con universidades o centros cuya docencia sea a distancia, ya que no podr\u00e1n acoger a nuestro estudiantado.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Con los centros privados siempre se tramitar\u00e1 el modelo bilateral.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Nunca se reflejar\u00e1 que la Seguridad Social corre por cuenta de la UMH, ni que conlleva tasas o remuneraciones.<\/p>\n

    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 El proceso puede tardar m\u00e1s de 5 semanas.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    El Anexo (o documento an\u00e1logo)<\/strong><\/td>\nEs un documento de la universidad o centro de origen. Se suele firmar por la entidad origen, el estudiantado, tutores\/as (tanto de la entidad como de la UMH) y por la UMH (representante) PERO NO SIEMPRE ES AS\u00cd.<\/p>\n

    En cualquier caso, SIEMPRE se debe firmar o visar por el Vicerrectorado de Estudiantes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    Internships for students from other national or foreign universities in healthcare centers affiliated with the UMH<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    In the case of <\/span><\/span>internships at university hospitals affiliated with the UMH for external students<\/span><\/span><\/strong> , due to the organization of the Spanish healthcare system, we can only manage internships\/rotations\/stays\/traineeships for students enrolled at our university. To be able to undertake internships at healthcare centers affiliated with the UMH, according to the instructions provided by the Conselleria de Sanitat (Regional Ministry of Health), the following is required:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
