These instructions will apply to <\/span><\/span>paid internal internships<\/span><\/span><\/b> carried out in the Departments, Institutes, Centers, Services or Units of the UMH itself.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/i>DOCUMENTATION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

According to <\/span><\/span>Annex XXV of the Budget Implementation Rules for 2015<\/span><\/span><\/a> , the following documentation will be submitted to the Occupational Observatory <\/span><\/span>15 days prior<\/span><\/span><\/b> to the start of the internship:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Internship Annex<\/span><\/span><\/b> in triplicate, signed and stamped by the head of the Department\/Center\/Service\/Unit and signed by the student (generated through <\/span><\/span>this link<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a> ).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Student <\/span>Personal Data Sheet , which includes the IBAN of their bank account.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. TA2 form<\/span><\/span><\/a> <\/b> for registration with Social Security.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Model 145 of the Personal Income Tax (IRPF)<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Photocopy of the student’s <\/span><\/span>Social Security affiliation card<\/span><\/span><\/b> or document that proves the affiliation number (SIP card if the number ends in T, payroll header, Social Security Treasury duplicate).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Photocopy of the <\/span>student’s <\/span><\/span>identity card .<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/li>\n
  7. Funding<\/span><\/span><\/b> : Authorization from the Vice-Rector for Students and Sports, if the internships are funded with a GENERAL budget or budget modification in the case of FINALIST funding ( <\/span><\/span>Table 1<\/span><\/span><\/a> )<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/i>EARLY TERMINATION<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Early termination must be communicated to the Occupational Observatory at least 7 days before the new termination date, in order to process the corresponding addendum and communicate the termination to Social Security through the Personnel Services.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/i>INCOMPATIBILITIES<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

    A student in training may not simultaneously hold two or more training positions and\/or scholarships in the same period, except in duly justified exceptional situations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/i>INTERNSHIPS DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Generally, internships will not be held during the holiday periods indicated in the UMH work calendar (Easter, summer, and Christmas). If the internship includes any of these periods, it will not be financially compensated unless expressly authorized and duly justified by the person responsible for the funds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION, AWARD AND DURATION OF INTERNAL INTERNSHIPS FUNDED WITH GENERAL EXPENSES<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. A <\/span><\/span>maximum monthly allowance of \u20ac485, including all expenses and taxes<\/span><\/span><\/b> , will be set as a stipend proportional to the time dedicated to the internship. No more than 100 hours of internship per month may be dedicated per student.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. The duration of paid internships by a student <\/span><\/span>in the same service or unit may not exceed 9 months<\/span><\/span><\/b> , except in cases of express justification of specific need.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. In any case, a student <\/span><\/span>may not carry out more than 12 months<\/span><\/span><\/b> of paid internships at the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University, <\/span><\/span>in cumulative count<\/span><\/span><\/b> , unless there is an express motivation of specific need.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      This procedure will not apply to unpaid internal internships<\/span><\/span><\/b> , since in these cases registration with Social Security is not required, and they will be documented with the corresponding internship annex, as has been the case until now.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
