WHAT IS IT?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mentoring is a professional and personal development relationship in which a more experienced person (mentor) helps someone with less knowledge (UMH student or graduate) to establish a professional path focused on specific personal and professional goals.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is based on a\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>personal relationship<\/span><\/span><\/strong> . A mentor adds more options and perspectives so that the UMH student or graduate can\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>make an informed choice.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Aimed at the entire UMH community (students, graduates and UMH entrepreneurial community)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong> and focused on making better use of the full potential of our community and facilitating access to networks and other professional resources, giving a different focus to your professional career or as an entrepreneur.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Do you have a professional role model? Who would you like to learn from? Professional or entrepreneur\u2026 The Mentoring Program has no limits!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

WHO CAN BE A MENTOR?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It must be a professional or entrepreneurial person with training and experience who is willing to dedicate a small part of their time to listening to the concerns of future professionals or entrepreneurs, sharing their experiences and advising them so that they can make better use of their opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

BENEFITS OF THE UMH MENTORING PROGRAM:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

For the\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>mentor<\/span><\/span><\/strong> : The contribution to the professional development or as entrepreneurs of students and graduates, the creation of new professional contacts related to mentoring, or the strengthening of links and collaborations with the UMH.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>UMH students and graduates<\/span><\/span><\/strong> , having a mentor can be a crucial source of support, guidance, and professional advice. It\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>provides a sense of security, knowing they are not alone<\/span><\/span><\/strong> and have an expert advisor with the appropriate training, offering help, perspective, fresh insights, and guidance to help them\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>seize opportunities<\/span><\/span><\/strong> .
